Shipping policy

Free Shipping is for Standard shipping which is normally USPS Ground advantage but the seller holds the right to use any carrier that provides the best pricing per order. 

-Free Standard Shipping applies to the US only and Restrictions Apply. Excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories. 

- If a package is returned due to the wrong address from the buyer then we will charge a new shipping label even if the buyer got a free shipping promo, as we only include the free shipping once per order that meets the minimum requirements for the free shipping promo. If you decide you do not want the package resent then you will be charged a 25% restocking/cancellation fee and that will be deducted from your total and the rest will be refunded to you via the payment method you used at checkout or what is allowed at the moment. 

- You have 5 Business days with working hours from 8-5 PM PST Monday to Friday except holidays and weekends to respond to our email or we will automatically cancel the order and charge the cancellation fee and refund the rest.
