Refund policy

No Returns, Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted. Some delays may occur due to the nature of the items being handmade. We will send you a notice of delay. Delays may occur and our return policy applies to any condition that may occur.  

- Orders will not be combined with other orders,  so please make sure you are ready to checkout with all items in a single transaction to avoid multiple transactions. We do however hold the right to combine orders as the seller without any notice to the buyer. 

- A 25% restocking/cancellation fee will apply to orders that are canceled upon approval from the seller and it is on a case-to-case basis.
